About The Role

Our Technology team is among the best in the industry, driving our success. We build new financial backends and innovative apps, creating world-class financial features used by millions globally. We focus on maintainability, fast turnaround, TDD, DDD, and CI/CD, with minimal external frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building mobile APIs
• Developing microservices to evolve our architecture
• Enhancing systems like risk management, fraud detection, and payment processing
• Engaging in greenfield development and improving existing systems

What You'll Need

• Fluency with Java
• 6+ years of backend development experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, maths, physics, or related fields
• Quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven attitude
• Strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin or Scala
• Finance industry experience
• Start-up or scale-up experience
• Product-focused environment experience
