Technical Lead Software Engineer

About the Role:
Take ownership of designing and developing mission-critical features for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms in the insurance tech space.
Work with a modern stack: Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, TypeScript.
Lead and mentor high-performing engineers, driving innovation across domains.




Operate in a true hybrid environment: 50% remote, 50% in-office, balancing flexibility with collaboration.
