Technical Lead Software Engineer – Insurance Technology Industry (Hybrid/Remote)

About the Role:

• Take ownership of designing and developing mission-critical features for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms in the insurance tech space.
• Work with a modern tech stack: Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, TypeScript.
• Lead and mentor high-performing engineers, fostering innovation across domains.
• Operate in a hybrid environment: 50% remote, 50% in-office, balancing flexibility with collaboration.

About You:

Proven leadership in delivering complex systems using modern architectures (DDD, microservices, event sourcing, CQRS).

Hands-on experience with the above tech stack.

Strong communication skills, team player, and mentor.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
