Technical Lead Software Engineer – Insurance Technology Industry (Hybrid/Remote)

About the Role:

1. Take ownership of designing and developing mission-critical features for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms in the insurance tech space.
2. Work with a modern stack: Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, TypeScript.
3. Lead and mentor high-performing engineers, driving innovation across domains.
4. Operate in a true hybrid environment: 50% remote, 50% in-office, balancing flexibility with collaboration.

About You:

• Proven leadership delivering complex systems in modern architectures (DDD, microservices, event sourcing, CQRS).
