Summary :

The Software Engineer III role is primarily devoted to designing and developing next-generation software for the Nextech product suite. You will work within a team of talented, motivated individuals passionate about developing high-quality software products that engage users and enable efficient workflows. The ideal candidate has technical knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills in multiple areas of development, with flexibility in task execution. They are collaborative, curious, creative, versatile, organized, and intrinsically motivated to improve continuously.

All activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations including Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, and ERISA.

Responsibilities include :

• Embrace best practices in software development (Code Reviews, Unit Tests, CI / CD)
• Perform mutual code reviews to ensure high-quality code
• Collaborate closely with team members, scrum masters, and product owners
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on business requirements
• Solid knowledge of C#, Angular, and SQL
• Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience
• At least 1+ year experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced queries
• Full-stack development approach
• Experience developing robust, scalable microservice backends
• Focus on zero-downtime deployment through innovative coding
• Experience bringing products to market
• Ability to write clean, testable code usable from the start
• Motivated to work in a dynamic environment, taking ownership and pride in work
• Open to constructive dialogue with team members
• Understanding of DevOps principles for a cross-functional team

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000 USD annually
