Your Day to Day

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Go (Golang) code.
• Write efficient Go code for backend and system problems.
• Explain your problem-solving approach and evaluation criteria.
• Identify issues or edge cases in AI outputs.

About You

• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
• Expertise in Go, including goroutines, channels, concurrency, and package structure.
• 3-5 years of backend or distributed systems experience with Go is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about applying Go skills to AI.

Alignerr values pay parity and transparent compensation discussions. The expected hourly rate for US-based candidates ranges from $15 to $150 USD, depending on skills, experience, and location.
