A leading company is seeking a Senior Director of Systems to oversee its Casino Management Systems business in Europe. The role involves building sales pipelines, managing customer teams, and conducting analysis to meet client needs, ideally suited for candidates with a technical sales background and understanding of casino operations.

Formación

  • 7-10 years technical sales experience in software and/or systems.
  • Experience in ERP and understanding of casino operations and gaming technology beneficial.

Responsabilidades

  • Define customer opportunities and manage teams for existing customers.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline and lead contract negotiations.
  • Indirectly manage customer services team including installation and helpdesk.

Descripción del empleo

The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for the overall performance of our Casino Management Systems business in Europe. Working with local and global teams they will define customer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customers and manage the teams that support existing customers. Candidates coming from an ERP background would be well suited to this role.

Conduct in-depth analysis to understand partner’s business challenges and objectives.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives.

Indirect Management of customer services team (installation, helpdesk, customer project and account management).

Travel required to our offices in Nice (operational base for development and support teams) with occasional travel to Las Vegas (global head office).

7-10 years technical sales experience in software and / or systems with a track record of exceeding targets.

Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a significant benefit.
