A leading company is seeking a Senior Director of Systems to enhance its Casino Management Systems performance across Europe. This role involves managing customer engagements, driving sales strategies, and overseeing contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales experience, especially within software systems, and have a robust understanding of casino operations.
The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for the overall performance of our Casino Management Systems business in Europe. Working with local and global teams they will define customer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customers and manage the teams that support existing customers. Candidates coming from an ERP background would be well suited to this role.
Conduct in-depth analysis to understand partner’s business challenges and objectives.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives.
Indirect Management of customer services team (installation, helpdesk, customer project and account management).
Travel required to our offices in Nice (operational base for development and support teams) with occasional travel to Las Vegas (global head office).
7-10 years technical sales experience in software and / or systems with a track record of exceeding targets.
Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a significant benefit.
