Our technical teams are crucial to 360Learning’s response to our demanding customers and are key to the company's growth. We are hiring a Software Engineer for a new scope focused on developing custom plugins and extensions tailored to specific customer needs. These plugins will be separate from our core product and accessible only to requesting customers. The role involves :

• Leading complex technical challenges with a focus on clean architecture for long-term growth.
• Working with our tech stack : MongoDB, Node.js, Vue.js, and migrating to TypeScript.
• Developing and integrating frontend extensions and backend APIs for seamless functionality.
• Growing within an R&D team that emphasizes peer review, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

Within 1 month, you will :

Discover the 360Learning platform

Gain a global view of our codebase

Familiarize yourself with team processes

Implement initial tickets

Adopt our peer review practices

Within 3 months, you will :

Join the squad to address customer-specific needs while maintaining existing extensions

Enhance your skills in Node.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

Within 6 months, you will :

Develop 360Learning’s public API for new use cases

Document, refactor, and analyze plugins and extensions for quality

Share best practices and create courses on our platform

Implement cross-functional tools to maintain quality and increase velocity

Within 12 months, you will :

Onboard new engineers

Own parts of the codebase

Work on functionalities impacting multiple teams and stakeholders

Collaborate with Product squads

Skills required :

Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent training

Well-rounded in software development

Interest in JavaScript technologies

Experience creating intuitive, efficient interfaces

Comfortable with algorithms

Fluent in English (US / UK) or B2 level (FR)
