A fast-growing hospitality group is searching for a Sales Manager – Senior Living to be a key player in expanding our presence in this evolving market. What You Will Be Doing

You will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, driving strategic sales initiatives and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Business Development

  1. Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the senior living and long-stay markets.
  2. Developing and executing sales strategies that align with company growth objectives.
  3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Negotiating and closing deals that create long-term value for both the clients and the company.

Market & Industry Engagement

  1. Acting as an ambassador for the company at industry events, networking meetings, and trade fairs.
  2. Keeping a pulse on market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and identify potential partnerships.
  3. Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance service offerings and brand positioning.

Cross-Department Coordination

  1. Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and client projects.
  2. Providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT? Role

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment and can bring strong sales acumen to our team. To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in sales within the hospitality, tourism, or senior living industries.
  2. In-depth understanding of the senior living and long-stay accommodation market.
  3. A natural ability to build rapport, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Proficiency in office tools and CRM systems to track performance and streamline operations.
  6. Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are highly valued.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed to strengthen client relationships and explore new opportunities.
