We're now looking for a Software Engineer Customization to join our Customization Department in El Prat de Llobregat and contribute to high-impact international projects.

What will your mission be?

You will play a key role in the lifecycle of customer projects in the banking sector, focusing on chip data configuration. Your responsibilities will include the development, testing, and documentation of personalization processes, as well as providing technical support to ensure customer requirements are met and payment card personalization is carried out efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Participating in the lifecycle of customer projects : requirements analysis, implementation of personalization processes, testing, and release, in line with quality standards for payment solutions.
• Providing Level 2 technical support and resolving incidents related to initialization and personalization processes.
• Coordinating internal projects, depending on team needs and strategic priorities.
• Proposing and implementing process improvements and technical solutions

What we expect from you :

A vocational training degree (CFGS) in a technical field or a BSc / MSc in Engineering (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Telecommunications, etc.).

Experience working with technical documentation (e.g., specifications, guidelines, test plans, execution logs).

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A methodical approach, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and results.

A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge within a technical team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other departments.

Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

What's advantageous :

Knowledge of payment specifications (e.g. EMVCo, VISA, MC, …).

Knowledge of programming (e.g. Javascript, CSharp, Python, Latex, …).

Knowledge of Data Bases (i.e. SQL Server)

Experience in Agile Software development projects (Kanban).

Experience with teams using continuous integration and automated testing.
