Your responsibilities include:

• Engage in all phases of application development, focusing on coding and debugging according to security standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to mitigate issues.
• Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent threats.
• Develop automation tests and collaborate with automation engineers for regression testing.
• Provide personalized software support to users as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to improve backend infrastructure.
• Document application support and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster growth.

The minimum requirements (show us what you've got, even if you're not a perfect fit):

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software development, focusing on building scalable and reliable systems.
• Extensive knowledge of DotNet C#, LINQ, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and related technologies.
• Proficiency with version control software such as GIT.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Experience with web service protocols like REST, API design for extensibility and integration.
• Experience debugging complex applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with database development in SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
• Some familiarity with Docker.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, RabbitMQ, and Quartz is a plus.
