Responsibilities : Software developer : be a proficient software developer, capable of develop high quality, well-architected, good performance software. Designs, Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools. Analyze designs, document specifications, and determine coding, programming, and integration activities required based on general objectives and knowledge of overall architecture of a product or solution in compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards. Writes and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs and creates solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture. Estimate, implement, troubleshoot, debug and unit test user requirements applying state of the art agile processes. Document the software specification where necessary in an agile manner. Process oriented : understand, follow, and improve software development processes including Product Life Cycle. Participate as a member of project team of other software systems engineers. Collaborate with different program teams, software quality, customer experience and technical writers to develop reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions and keep them informed on the changes in schedule, specifications or implementations that may affect their activities and deliverables.
