At s360 we are expanding our footprint with an office in Barcelona, and now is your chance to play a key role in a startup-like environment while also benefiting from the support and stability of a +300-person organisation.

As our new Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client-facing strategists in local markets. Your focus will be on building and optimising software and tools for internal and external use by s360 colleagues and clients. You'll be at the core of our operational success, helping s360 deliver outstanding results for international brands and retailers across our markets, working closely with experienced colleagues in the Nordics and beyond.

What you’ll do:

This role is ideal if you’re eager to accelerate your career and grow in building software by joining a highly experienced and ambitious team.

• Work as part of a cross-border team where you’ll be driving your own projects, as well as participating as part of a development team on larger projects.
• Hands-on development of tools and software products working with the newest technologies within Google Cloud Platform, AI, ML, primarily being built in web applications for users to access and use at scale.
• Stay current on tools and trends in the evolving world of digital marketing and e-commerce, and how we can create more efficiency and/or better insights through data and software.

What we’re looking for:

We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one, but we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are curious, structured, and ready to grow with us. You likely recognise yourself in the following:

• 2-3 years of experience in software engineering.
• A good understanding of modern web application technologies, such as React, Python, Next.js, HTML/CSS, etc.
• Experience and knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (eg. CloudRun, BigQuery, CloudSQL, Dataform, Terraform, etc.) for scalable infrastructure and software architecture.
• It is a plus (but not a requirement) if you have experience with low-code platforms, such as ReTool.
• Highly detail-oriented and structured in QA testing and data validation.
• Good English communication skills—written and verbal.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and contribute.
