The Role

Our consumer and digital team provides trusted vehicle history checks and partners with major UK brands to deliver data, impacting millions monthly.

As part of the Product Development team, you will develop, support, and maintain customer-facing and internal applications, ensuring high standards and quality. You will also define standards, communicate across teams, gather requirements, and manage expectations.

What You’ll Do

1. Deliver projects in an Agile environment, meeting time, cost, and quality goals.
2. Maintain a strong technical understanding and promote the latest technologies.
3. Develop robust solutions adhering to CAP-HPI standards.
4. Support testing, change, and release management processes.
5. Suggest and implement continuous improvements aligned with product strategy.
6. Innovate new and existing workflows.
7. Complete all mandated security and business continuity training.
8. Familiarize yourself with relevant policies and procedures.
9. Support ISO process alignment managed by the IS/BC team.
10. Proactively address security threats, ensuring browser compatibility and device support.

What You’ll Bring

Technical Experience

• At least 2 years of delivering IT development projects.
• Related degree or equivalent experience.
