The Program

This rotational program includes 2 weeks of NetSuite onboarding, followed by two 6-month team assignments at our Barcelona office, culminating in a final placement. Additional training and networking opportunities with leadership are provided throughout. The role is hybrid, requiring some days in the office, and offers exposure to different product areas and technologies.

We seek early-career talent, including bachelor’s and master’s graduates with diverse skills, to work across multiple teams within the NetSuite industry unit. The program aims to enhance your learning, expand your network, and help you make an impact.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer interested in front-end or full-stack web development, graduating in 2025 with no full-time experience. You will develop innovative systems from requirements to deployment, emphasizing clean code, quality, and SOLID principles. You will work on real-world problems in a collaborative, agile environment.

What You’ll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)

• Hybrid work model : minimum 3 days in the office.
• Understanding of computer science principles and quick learner of concepts like software architecture.
• Full-stack coding skills in any object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Kotlin); knowledge of unit testing frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of web applications and databases such as SQL; ORM knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Desired skills : Git, testing frameworks, Agile methodologies.
• Work permit for Spain required.
