Descripción del empleo

Skilled and confirmed Python developer to join our Tech Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python development, a clear understanding of clean architecture principles, and a background in CI/CD practices, particularly using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our team application, ensuring it is scalable, maintainable, and robust.

Your main tasks would be as follows :

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python custom scripts
2. Implement and advocate for clean architecture principles to ensure a scalable, maintainable, and testable codebase
3. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to uphold best practices and coding standards
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Support, Account Managers, Project Managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
5. Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability
6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and CI/CD processes
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the development process
8. Support tickets: communicate closely with customers to fix issues and participate in direct calls to understand their needs and provide reliable technical solutions
