En Commercial Client Solutions Engineering, we're executing transformation programs to create Nextgen platforms for global and local clients, focusing on improving the experience for our relationship managers using the latest technologies and cloud platforms. We seek team members who are proactive, disruptive, and eager to participate in global transformation projects within an agile, innovative environment.

About the job:
Main responsibilities:
  1. Gather project requirements.
  2. Participate actively in functional design discussions.
  3. Lead technical and functional design meetings.
  4. Oversee certification tests, both functional and technical.
  5. Participate in project planning.
  6. Coordinate and lead deployment of functionalities into production.
  7. Monitor operational performance during and after deployment.
  8. Contribute significantly to development teams.
  9. Lead evolution and maintenance teams.
  10. Create, measure, and report KPIs for continuous improvement.
  11. Implement Agile methodologies within the team.
  12. Work with Salesforce technology.
  13. Maintain technical communication across geographic teams.
