About the Role

KERIONICS is developing high-temperature electrolyzers and fuel cell stacks (SOEC-SOFC) for green hydrogen production and similar applications. They are seeking a SOEC Stack Development Leader .

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of Solid Oxide Electrolyzer Stacks from initial concept to final product.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Mentor technicians, engineers, and scientists in the team.
• Collaborate with MEA, BOP, and testing teams for feedback and improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on development progress and KPIs.
• Participate in recruitment and grant applications.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Mechanical, Material, or Chemical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in hydrogen / fuel cell industry.
• Experience in CAD design (over 2 years) and a passion for design engineering.
• Project management experience (over 2 years).
• Expertise in heat transfer and gas / fluid flow.
• Understanding of electrochemical processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong teamwork, integrity, positive attitude, and professionalism.
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
