Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth?

We're looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to lead the adoption of Achilles services within key accounts, ensuring long-term value and program success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Relationship Management : Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers within high-value strategic accounts. Conduct regular strategy meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Revenue Growth : Develop and execute account plans to drive increased revenue through expansion into new geographies, sectors, and products. Leverage analytics and insights to demonstrate the value of Achilles services.
  • Customer Retention : Proactively manage the buyer renewal process, ensuring Achilles capabilities are fully utilized to provide maximum value to customers.
  • Strategic Planning : Contribute to sector and account strategies, understanding competitor activities, and developing plans that drive long-term growth and success.
  • Process Management : Initiate kick-off workshops, coordinate internal teams, and support sales efforts to achieve customer outcomes and resolve escalations.

What We're Looking For :

  • Strategic Judgment : Ability to contribute to business growth strategies and understand competitor landscapes.
  • Influencing Skills : Effectively manage organizational politics within customer organizations to achieve positive results.
  • Drive and Motivation : Act as an ambassador for Achilles, inspiring others with your enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Customer Focus : Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and establish service delivery levels, gathering feedback to improve future performance.
  • Achieving Results : Deliver on revenue targets, monitor projects, and take corrective action when necessary.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in managing complex accounts at the executive level, preferably within the target industry.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling and formal account management practices.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred; additional languages, Portuguese, French, Italian or Greek are beneficial.
  • Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts with significant annual recurring revenue.
