The position

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will design and execute content strategies that build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Plan and manage a social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest, Youtube etc.).
3. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to develop engaging, high-quality content.
4. Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and report insights to optimize future campaigns.
5. Monitor trends, industry news, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
6. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social channels.
7. Manage or coordinate paid social media campaigns, where applicable.
8. Foster community engagement and proactively interact with followers.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
3. Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
4. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, Sprout, Later, Meta Business Suite).
5. Ability to translate brand values into compelling content.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. English fluency required, German or Italian is a plus.

Nice to Have

1. Experience in B2B and/or B2C campaigns.
2. Basic editing skills using graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite).
3. Background in content marketing or digital advertising.
4. Interest in the wellness, beauty, nutrition, or women’s health space.
5. Experience creating content specifically for TikTok, either personally or for a brand.
6. Basic knowledge of paid performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, thumbstop rate, etc.).
7. Previous experience working with creators, UGC profiles, or influencers.
