Overview

Community Manager & Content Creator

We are looking for a talented professional to join our Marketing team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving engagement across social media channels, creating high-impact content, and managing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Full social media management : Lead and drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube accounts, fostering community growth and strengthening our connection with audiences.
• High-impact content creation : Conceptualize, produce, and edit creative assets across all formats (photos, videos, stories, reels, shorts, etc.), appearing on camera when needed, and ensure fresh, innovative, brand-aligned content.
• Strategic partnerships management : Identify, negotiate, and coordinate collaborations with influencers and content creators to maximize visibility and campaign reach.
• Content writing and adaptation : Create, translate, and review persuasive copy for social media, paid campaigns, and other channels, adapting them to different markets and audiences.
• Planning and organization : Design and execute a monthly content calendar to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with global marketing objectives.
• Local strategic implementation : Tailor the global social media strategy for the German market, spot relevant trends, and adapt messages and formats to local culture and audience sensitivities.

Qualifications

• Native / Bilingual German level, with intermediate Spanish / English.
• Ability to create and edit content (comfortable appearing in videos of any format).
