We\'re Hiring — Social Media Specialist

SABDA is an immersive studio at the intersection of art, tech, and mindfulness, dedicated to empowering humanity through technology. The studio creates multi-sensory journeys using spatial sound and 360° projections to inspire profound inner exploration and creative expression.

We\'re on the hunt for someone who lives and breathes social media. Not just passionate, but obsessed with making content blow up, with telling stories the world can\'t ignore, and with growing accounts into buzzing communities. At SABDA, we\'re blending art, tech, and wellness in Barcelona - and we want someone who\'s ready to make sure the whole world sees it.

Role Type

Freelance collaboration, flexible schedule, with a mix of remote work and in-studio collaboration for content creation.

What You\'ll Do

• Own and grow SABDA\'s Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Create, schedule, and post high-impact content: Reels, stories, posts, and videos that grab attention.
• Jump on trends and adapt them to our world — make SABDA show up where the culture is.
• Spark conversations: reply to comments, DMs, and build real connections with the community.
• Track what\'s working (and what\'s not), share insights, and double down on what makes content spread.
• Work with our design team to keep the feed sharp, consistent, and undeniably SABDA.
• Support newsletters or other digital content when needed.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of growing social media accounts (especially Instagram & TikTok).
• Experience making content go viral — and the receipts to prove it.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, trends, and what keeps people scrolling.
• A creative eye and killer storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience filming, editing, and publishing content.
• Strong community management skills — you love engaging with people online.
• Fluent in English & Spanish (Catalan is a big plus).
• Based in Barcelona and available to come by the studio regularly.
