We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our social media strategy and execution. What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Identify target audience segments and tailor content and engagement strategies accordingly.
• Track performance of KPIs against our goals, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Content Creation & Management:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.
• Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

• Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, including influencer marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine content and targeting strategies.
• Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Generate regular reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Present social media performance reports to leadership.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate social media strategies and results to internal and external audiences.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Expertise in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights, third-party analytics tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English. A second major European language is a plus.
