Position Overview : As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ideating and creating social-first content designed to resonate with traders and increase our engagement and impressions. You will craft and execute a dynamic social media strategy that aligns with brand goals, supports sales, and builds community. Working across all major social platforms, you’ll manage content calendars, write engaging copy, design compelling visuals, interact with followers, and track performance using robust analytics. You’ll also adapt and schedule monthly content for our Telegram and WhatsApp partner channels, collaborating closely with content creators, faculty, and the marketing leadership team.

Key Responsibilities :
Community Engagement
oBuild and nurture relationships with followers across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X / Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
oMonitor conversations, respond to comments and DMs, and manage online reputation
oCultivate a sense of community and encourage user engagement
Actively engage with relevant content posted by ITI faculty and partners through ITI’s social accounts (likes, comments, shares) to increase visibility and strengthen community ties
Content Strategy & Scheduling
oDevelop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals, sales, and campaign cycles
oCollaborate with internal stakeholders to highlight events, launches, and updates
oPlan and schedule posts using a content platform that allows for tagging, scheduling, and approval workflows
Adapt and queue content for Telegram and WhatsApp partner channels, ensuring timely and brand-aligned delivery of promotional and educational posts
oConduct ongoing research into competitors, industry trends, and relevant topics to inform and enhance social media content strategy and creation
Stay on top of emerging content formats, platform updates, and cultural / trading trends to keep our content fresh and relevant
Post Design & Visual Storytelling
oDesign eye-catching and brand-consistent graphics, videos, and animations
oWrite clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for posts across social platforms, Telegram, and WhatsApp
oDevelop a range of content types including carousels, reels, quote graphics, infographic-style posts, and educational snippets
Work with writers / content developers, influencers, and faculty as needed to ensure high-quality output
oOptimize posts for engagement and platform-specific performance by tailoring visuals, copy, hashtags, post timing, and interaction style for each platform
