The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Bilingual Social Media Manager to take charge of our TikTok and Instagram accounts for our Party Games Apps (such as Party Roulette and Delirium) with a strong focus on execution and fast-paced content testing.

This role is less about building a perfect long-term strategy and more about rapid experimentation, testing what works, and doubling down fast. You’ll spend most of your time in action: analyzing trends, replicating viral formats, and producing scalable content that we can create entirely in-house, without relying on external resources.

Your Missions

1. Execute and test: Launch multiple social media content ideas each week based on current trends and competitor analysis. Speed over perfection.
2. Trend scouting: Stay on top of TikTok & Instagram trends. Spot what’s buzzing and replicate it quickly in our tone and style.
3. Content creation: Craft short-form videos, images, and memes, mainly using tools like CapCut and Canva. Focus on easy-to-produce, repeatable formats.
4. Engagement & community: Increase interaction with our audience through stories, comments, DMs, polls, and more.
5. Analytics & learnings: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and use insights to adapt and improve.
6. Stay current: Keep up with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging AI tools to stay ahead of the curve.

Ideal Profile

1. Experience managing TikTok & Instagram accounts. Portfolio required.
2. Fluent in English and either French, Spanish, or German.
3. Obsessed with social media trends and content performance.
4. Confident with Canva or similar easy-to-use design tools.
5. AI-Obssessed: Follow developments in AI and content creation.
6. Comfortable reading metrics and making decisions based on data.
7. Reliable, creative, and able to move fast without overthinking.
