TheSkeye , a boutique consulting firm specialized in Strategy, Organization, and People, is partnering with a leading multinational in the consumer goods industry to recruit a Social Media Manager.

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven professional to lead and elevate the company’s global presence across social platforms. This is a key role within the Communications & Marketing team, working hand-in-hand with the Community Manager and Corporate Communications to design and execute powerful, platform-specific strategies.

Your mission will be to build a strong, authentic, and engaging digital voice that connects with diverse audiences and reflects the brand’s values and aspirations.

What You’ll Do

Develop and lead a global social media strategy aligned with the company’s communication and marketing goals.

Oversee all social media channels, ensuring brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.

Create and adapt compelling content that resonates with target audiences, drives engagement, and encourages community building and brand advocacy.

Analyze performance metrics to gain insights, report on KPIs, and optimize campaigns for greater impact.

Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to continuously innovate.

Design and implement a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) strategy in collaboration with the PR team, including influencer partnerships and live events.

Support local teams in adapting and executing regional influencer strategies.

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure an integrated and aligned approach across all campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

Previous experience in consumer goods, luxury, lifestyle, or beauty brands is a strong plus.

Proficiency in key platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).

Understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing principles.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with outstanding communication and storytelling skills.

A creative mindset combined with strong analytical skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive, collaborative team player with a passion for digital innovation.
