We are continuously seeking freelance Community Managers with Nordic language skills to join our Talent Pool. As a Social Media Community Manager, you will work on a brand that leads in managing and expanding online communities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Play reviews.
You will be part of a team responsible for building strong relationships with the brand's audience, fostering community, and increasing engagement through meaningful interactions. Your duties include monitoring social media channels, responding to inquiries and comments professionally and promptly, and ensuring positive, authentic touchpoints with the brand.
Ideally, candidates should have flexibility and availability to work minimal hours across weekends to cover project needs.
This role is perfect for someone looking to supplement their current work with a few hours weekly, develop their social media career in a market-leading agency, and balance other commitments.
Since you'll be posting messages on social media, excellent writing skills in a Nordic language are essential.
Advanced English skills are required as all training and communication are in English.
Relevant background experience includes engagement, social customer care, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency.
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube is necessary.
Comfort with digital technology and awareness of the latest social media trends are important.
You should be a self-motivated social media expert comfortable working remotely.
IT requirements include Windows 10 64-bit or higher (Windows 11 recommended), macOS X version 13 (Ventura) or higher, and a device supporting Windows 11 or a supported MacOS version.
A secure home broadband connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speed (50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload recommended) is required.
Android or iOS device for 2FA
Chromebook, Linux, and Cloud VMs are not supported. For local VMs, please send your specs and usage plan.
