Drumelia Real Estate in Marbella is seeking a hands-on Senior Social Media Manager to directly execute, elevate, and grow our Instagram presence, with a focus on our luxury real estate content. This is an active creator role: you plan, shoot, edit, post, and engage daily to generate real sales opportunities.

You will own end-to-end channel management for Spain’s most-followed real estate Instagram, lead trend adaptation, and foster community engagement while maintaining high aesthetic standards

Formación

• Proven ability to directly grow high-visibility Instagram accounts in luxury/real estate contexts.
• Strong sense of visual taste and ability to translate luxury branding into social content that drives inquiries.
• Proficient in video editing and short-form production for social platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills for captions and interactive posts.
• Ability to engage with followers and convert engagement into leads.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on Content Creation & Editing: Shoot, edit, write copy for, and publish daily luxury Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts).
• Trend Adaptation & Commercial Focus: Apply fast-moving social trends to content that drives inquiries.
• End-to-End Channel Ownership: Manage posting calendar, captions, tags, feed aesthetics, and story structure.
• Active Community Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs, start conversations, and turn engagement into qualified sales prospects.
• Performance & Agility: Track post metrics, test formats, and adjust strategies based on audience response.
• Improve: Propose and execute new ideas and strategies.

Job description

Drive the next stage of one of Europe’s most visible real estate media platforms.

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Social Media Manager to directly execute, elevate the quality, and grow our social media presence, with a primary focus on Drumelia’s flagship Instagram account, alongside our broader digital platforms.

You’ll own our social media execution end-to-end, directly crafting and managing content for Spain’s most-followed real estate Instagram account, with more than 200,000 followers. This is an active creator role: someone who plans, shoots, edits, posts, and engages with their own hands every single day; balancing high-end luxury taste with content designed to generate real sales opportunities and participating in strategy.

You’ll also be doing it from Marbella, an increasingly international destination for entrepreneurial and creative talent.

This is not a role for someone who wants to delegate or simply maintain what already exists.

We have ambitious strategic plans for Drumelia and want this person to leave a direct, visible mark on what we do: to challenge our current approach, spot fast-moving social tendencies, introduce new thinking, and elevate our daily content execution.

This is a demanding, execution-focused role. We’re looking for someone with a real hunger for growth, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to turn creative ideas into immediate action. • Hands-on Content Creation & Editing: Shoot, edit, write copy for, and publish daily content tailored for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts) with luxury standards.
• Trend Adaptation & Commercial Focus: Stay ahead of fast-moving social tendencies and audio trends, adapting them quickly into content that captures attention and generates direct client inquiries.
• End-to-End Channel Ownership: Manage the complete posting workflow—from content calendar organization, captions, and tags to optimizing feed aesthetics and story structures.
• Active Community Engagement: Represent the voice of Drumelia daily in the comments and direct messages, starting conversations, answering audience inquiries, and turning engagement into qualified sales prospects.
• Performance & Agility: Track post metrics continuously, test new formats, and adjust tactical execution based on real-time audience response and conversion performance.
• Improve: by proposing and executing new ideas and strategies.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Execution: Demonstrated track record of directly managing and growing high-visibility Instagram accounts (luxury, real estate, or architecture experience is a strong plus).
• Taste & Commercial Mindset: Exceptional visual taste and high aesthetic standards paired with a practical understanding of how content drives real commercial inquiry.
• Technical Mastery: Speed and proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.), short-form video production, and persuasive copywriting.
• Proactive Engagement: A natural drive to interact with followers, build trust, and treat every comment and DM as a potential relationship.
• High Autonomy & Speed: Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, holding yourself to a high standard of precision and detail.
