Drumelia Marbella invites a budding real estate photographer to join our on-site team, assisting and progressively leading photo shoots for luxury properties. You will learn lighting, composition and post‑production workflows while collaborating with senior photographers and the marketing team.

We offer full training in professional real estate photography, mentorship, and a clear path toward becoming an independent photographer in Marbella’s fast‑paced luxury market.

Formación

• A good visual eye with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of exposure and camera settings.
• Willingness to learn advanced technical skills such as flash photography and post‑production.
• Fluent in English or Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with and progressively leading real estate photo shoots on location
• Capturing interiors, exteriors, and key architectural features with clarity and consistency
• Developing an understanding of light, composition, and spatial storytelling
• Organising and managing image files in line with company standards
• Supporting post‑production workflows (Lightroom / Photoshop), with full training provided
• Preparing properties for shoots (framing, styling adjustments, visual preparation)
• Maintaining an accurate and up‑to‑date image library, file naming system, and folder structure across all visual assets
• Working closely with senior photographers and the marketing team to maintain visual consistency

Job description

At Drumelia, photography is not just point and shoot. It is the first impression of some of the most exceptional multi‑million‑euro homes in Marbella. The way a property is seen defines how it is felt, and how it is sold.

This role is designed for someone with creative instincts, a sharp eye, and a genuine interest in photography and visual storytelling. We will teach you the technical side. What we cannot teach is attitude, curiosity, and commitment to excellence. You will learn by doing, working closely with experienced photographers, sales consultants, and the marketing team.

The Role

You will support the production of visual content for our property listings, assisting and progressively taking ownership of photo shoots across a wide range of high‑end homes. You will be involved in both on‑site photography and editing workflows, learning how to present spaces in a clean, premium, and accurate way that reflects Drumelia’s impeccable standards. This role requires full commitment and a willingness to go beyond a standard schedule. Lighting conditions, property availability, and deadlines define the workflow, not a fixed nine‑to‑five. This is a fast‑moving environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with and progressively leading real estate photo shoots on location

Requirements

• A good visual eye and strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of exposure, camera settings, and the use of professional photography and video equipment
• Basic knowledge of colour grading and post‑production workflows
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is an advantage
• Willingness to learn advanced technical skills such as flash photography and post‑production
• High levels of discipline, reliability, and personal accountability
• Fluent in English or Spanish (both is a plus)
