As our company expands, we recognize the importance of maintaining a strong online presence and engaging content to showcase our properties and connect with our audience.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Create engaging content including photos, videos, and written copy to highlight properties, community events, and company culture.
3. Produce high-quality videos using cameras, drones, gimbals, and studio equipment provided by the company.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
5. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and actively engage followers.
6. Stay updated with latest trends in social media and content creation to optimize strategies.

Requirements :

1. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in real estate.
3. Skills in photography, videography, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Understanding of social media analytics and data interpretation.
5. Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
7. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing techniques is advantageous.
