We are seeking an experienced and creative B2B International Social Media Manager to lead and execute our regional social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and YouTube.

This position reports to the Regional Marketing Director North West South Europe and collaborates closely with country marketing teams within the global marketing organization.

While based in Madrid, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and visit the office or other locations as needed.

Your responsibilities include coordinating operational aspects of the Social Media Strategy and driving communication campaigns across the region.

The primary goal is to develop and execute social media campaigns aimed at generating highly qualified leads. You will act as the key link between Marketing HQ and local offices, aligning HQ objectives with localized strategies for seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Design and implement regional social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision. Multichannel marketing expertise is a plus.
  2. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube), tailoring content for each market and managing campaign budgets.
  3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging, localized content (text, graphics, videos) that resonate across diverse cultures and languages.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare reports and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaboration with Local Teams: Coordinate with local marketing teams to ensure culturally relevant approaches in each country.
  6. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
Your Profile:
  • Experience: 8-10 years in social media management within international or multinational environments.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and management/analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Matomo).
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and project management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze KPIs and generate insights for improvement.
  • Creative Skills: Strong storytelling and content creation abilities, both visual and written.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills in a global environment.
