A leading company in the marketing space is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to own and enhance their social media presence across various platforms. This role encompasses content creation, collaboration with freelancers, and strategic engagement tracking. Ideal candidates will bring 2-3 years of relevant experience, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and proactive creativity. What You’ll Do
Own Workfully’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter), Tik Tok - from weekly planning to posting to reporting according to the marketing plan
Write platform-native content that drives engagement and showcases our mission, product, events, and community
Film and edit short-form video content (with our founder, clients, recruiters, and at events)
Collaborate with freelancers and creative partners for photography, design, and post-production - not everything will be on your plate
Turn raw material into engaging content - interviews, panels, demos, behind-the-scenes
Work closely with the Marketing manager to amplify product launches, campaigns, and events
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, CapCut, etc.) to move fast and create smarter
Track performance and adapt content strategies based on engagement, conversion, and channel-specific growth

You Might Be a Fit If You
Have 2-3 years of experience managing social media for startups or fast-growing brands
Know what good looks like on LinkedIn and Instagram - and how to speak the language of each
Have experience filming and editing content for Reels, Stories, and TikTok-style short form videos
Have a strong sense of visual identity, storytelling, and brand consistency
Are comfortable working alongside freelancers and vendors, giving clear direction and feedback
Are curious and proactive - you test new tools, formats, and ideas without being told
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, builder environment
Can write clearly, think strategically, and make content that feels fresh, not generic
Are fluent in English
Bonus Points
Experience with talent acquisition industry
You’ve built your own personal brand or supported someone in doing so
You’ve worked with founders before and know how to turn their vision into content
You’ve managed freelancers or creative partners (design, video editing, etc.)
