We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator based in Málaga (or willing to relocate) who can take insights and turn them into engaging scripts and is a powerhouse in front of the camera. This role is perfect for someone who understands the impact of brand voice and can craft content that builds thought leadership, elevates company visibility, and makes B2B content actually enjoyable to follow.

You’ll help us grow Plytix’s brand across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. If you know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, turn viewers into loyal followers, and make even SaaS posts feel fresh—read on.

What is Plytix?

Plytix is the world's leading Product Information Management (PIM) platform for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMBs). What’s the opportunity?

As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll lead content creation and channel strategy for Plytix’s brand. This is about more than posting—it’s about positioning. We want to be known not just for our product, but for our people and ideas.

You’ll manage platform growth, create compelling short and long-form content, and turn opinions and insights into engaging posts across socials. You’ll work closely with leadership and our content team to build a social media presence that earns attention, not just impressions.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be the voice of Plytix on social, helping us show up consistently, creatively, and on-brand.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Create original content (memes, reels, carousels, videos, etc.) tailored for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Own the social content calendar and plan posts around product launches, campaigns, and trending conversations
  • Write witty, thoughtful captions and hooks that match our tone: smart, bold, and just the right amount of cheeky
  • Turn raw thoughts (voice notes, Slack messages, meeting nuggets) into compelling posts
  • Spot social trends early and adapt them to the world of ecommerce and PIM in a way that makes sense (and gets seen)
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and video editors to bring multi-format content to life
  • Track and report on content performance—test, learn, and iterate
  • Engage with our audience across platforms: reply to comments, DMs, and jump into relevant conversations
  • Make B2B social media feel like something people actually want to follow (and share)

After 1 month:

You’ll be fully onboarded, with a good grip on Plytix’s brand voice, tone, and positioning. You’ll have started posting content on our channels and experimenting with repurposing internal voices into public-facing posts.

After 3 months:

You’ll be managing our content calendars with confidence. You’ll have consistent growth across platforms and be turning raw ideas from leadership into content that gets noticed (and shared).

6 months in:

You’ll be leading our social brand with measurable success. You’ll be experimenting with new formats, driving thought leadership, and helping position Plytix (and its people) as leaders in the ecommerce space.

Who you’ll be working with?

  • You’ll be part of our Marketing team, collaborating with writers and designers. You’ll also work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and bring big ideas to life.

We expect you to:

  • Be based in Málaga (Spain) or open to relocating (if you like sunshine, it’s worth it!)
  • Have 2+ years of social media experience, ideally in a B2B or founder-led brand
  • Have proven experience building and growing social channels
  • Be comfortable turning raw data like customer calls, voice memos, or bullet-point idea into a killer post
  • Know how to adapt content across channels (what works on LinkedIn ≠ TikTok ≠ IG)
  • Be fluent in English, with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Understand metrics that matter and how to improve them
  • Be self-motivated, creative, and able to manage projects from start to finish

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SaaS or ecommerce brands
  • Video editing skills (Veeed.io or Capcut, Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • A dog , we love dogs.
