Les Roches, a leading institution in hospitality management education, seeks a highly organized Global Marketing Project Coordinator to join our international Marketing team.

The role coordinates marketing projects across campuses and international markets, liaises with internal stakeholders, and ensures brand consistency. This permanent, full-time position offers a €25,000-€28,000 gross annual salary and a hybrid schedule with one remote day per week.

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with website updates and email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects across campuses and international markets.
• Serve as the main liaison between Marketing and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate creation and updates of marketing materials and collateral.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and content accuracy.

• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Admissions, Career/Student Services, Faculty, and external providers.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, timelines, and objectives.

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects across campuses and international markets.
• Act as the main liaison between the Marketing Department and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the creation and update of marketing materials, brochures, and brand collateral.
• Manage website updates, landing page projects, and content accuracy.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and student newsletters throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Admissions, Career Services, Student Services, Faculty, and external providers.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, timelines, and marketing objectives.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with website management, email marketing, and marketing collateral production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish .
• Experience in an international, education, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is highly valued.
