Les Roches in Spain is seeking a Global Marketing Project Coordinator to join our international Marketing team. This role requires strong organizational skills and fluency in English and Spanish, with hybrid work and a permanent contract.

You will coordinate marketing projects across campuses and international markets, manage website updates and campaigns, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

Formación

• Proven experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Experience with website management and email marketing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in international education or hospitality is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects across campuses and international markets.
• Act as the liaison between Marketing and internal stakeholders.
• Create and update marketing materials, brochures, and brand collateral.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and content accuracy.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and student newsletters throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Admissions, Career Services, Student Services, Faculty, and external providers.
• Ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines, timelines, and objectives.

• Experience in an international, education, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is highly valued.
