About the role

We are seeking a hands-on, content-driven Social Media Community Manager to enhance our online presence across LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, our podcast ecosystem, and alea.com. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing, Design team, and directly with our Founder to support and promote The Under Pressure Podcast .

This role is ideal for a native-English content enthusiast who is curious, quick to learn, capable of turning transcripts into engaging blog posts, and experienced in managing social media and content for B2B brands, founders, or podcasts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn & Community Engagement : Engage with our founder’s network and amplify podcast or PR content in real-time.
  • Podcast Management (Under Pressure Podcast) : Collaborate with the Founder to grow the podcast’s audience, upload episodes to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Audible, and YouTube, craft show notes, pull-quotes, and social snippets, and coordinate with Design for branding.
  • YouTube & Video Content : Manage the YouTube channel, maintain playlists, re-upload content, and create snackable clips from webinars and panels, coordinating visuals with Design.
  • Website & Blog Content : Convert transcripts into SEO-friendly blog articles, keep the blog updated, and upload news, product updates, and recaps.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Monitor performance across platforms and deliver monthly reports with insights and trends.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Engagement : Repurpose videos into short-form content, create engaging posts for various platforms, and stay updated on social media trends.

Qualifications

  • Native-level English proficiency, with sharp writing, storytelling, and grammar skills.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in social media, content, or podcast management, preferably in B2B, tech, or founder-led contexts.
  • Experience with LinkedIn strategy and engagement.
  • Familiarity with CMS / blog platforms, YouTube Studio, and major podcast hosts.
  • Strong editorial instincts and organizational skills, comfortable working with senior leadership.
  • Creative and structured thinking, capable of executing clear and consistent content.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
