At CORUS, we are seeking an exceptional professional to manage our global community on social media.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day tasks including community management of social media accounts.
- Monitor and analyze social media posts to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Evaluate and escalate alerts related to social media activities.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on social customer care for business units and group functions.
- Manage customer inquiries through the support contact form and redirect them to the appropriate teams within the company.
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to implement Sprinklr for customer care and set up KPIs, dashboards, and measures within Sprinklr.
Requirements :
- Candidate must have a university-level education or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in community management, customer service, or a related field.
- Native proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish. German is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sprinklr and Meta Business platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with the community, respond to inquiries, and address concerns effectively.
