The Specialist will elevate GDELS’ employer brand by designing bold and engaging campaigns that showcase the company as an exceptional place to work. Through strategic management of GDELS’ social media channels, the Specialist will connect internal and external narratives, amplifying the company’s voice, strengthening its reputation, and attracting top-tier talent.
Reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Internal Communication, this role collaborates with key stakeholders, including Human Resources, Corporate Communication, and Marketing teams.
