Responsibilities:

1. Execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the specific market, leveraging platform dynamics and audience behavior.
2. Engage actively with comments, questions, and inquiries from customers and followers, utilizing the Social Concierge approach.
3. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging content for paid social media campaigns.
4. Foster relationships with media agencies and partners to enhance campaign performance.
5. Utilize social management tools, preferably Sprinklr, to streamline operations.
6. Analyze social KPIs, generate reports, and create dashboards to evaluate success.
7. Recommend and oversee influencer partnerships aligned with brand values.
8. Provide insights to inform campaign development.
9. Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms.
10. Craft engaging social media content with exceptional writing skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory: German C1 level.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with digital campaigns, including social, offline media, and CRM.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
