Alcoa is seeking a Social Performance Manager in San Ciprián, Spain. The role leads stakeholder engagement, community investment initiatives, and social performance governance across the site, coordinating relationships with authorities, community groups, and partners.

You will drive social risk assessment, manage grievance processes, and ensure alignment with sustainability standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value for stakeholders and communities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sustainability or related fields.
• 7–10 years of experience in social performance, community relations, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, communications, or related fields.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder engagement and community investment initiatives.
• Identify, assess and manage social risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate social investment, sponsorships and foundation activities.
• Monitor social performance governance and reporting across operations.
