Alstom in Pinto (Madrid) is seeking an EHS Technician to help create safer and more sustainable workplaces across our Maintenance Services projects.

You will support the Site EHS Manager, perform risk assessments, prepare emergency plans, coordinate with contractors, and develop local EHS procedures in line with international standards.

A university degree in Engineering or related field, Spanish EHS qualification, knowledge of ISO 14001/45001, and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Health & Safety qualification recognised by Spanish authorities (Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention).
• Up to 5 years of professional EHS experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards; ISO 50001 and Internal Auditor certification are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Site EHS Manager in all Environment, Health & Safety topics
• Perform EHS risk assessments and define preventive actions to control risks across assigned projects and depots
• Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans and response procedures
• Coordinate EHS activities with contractors and operational stakeholders where interfaces are involved
• Develop, deploy and maintain local EHS procedures, tools and management systems aligned with Alstom and international standards
• Ensure compliance with EHS plans, legal requirements and work instructions
• Deliver EHS training, awareness initiatives and site visits to promote a strong safety culture
• Maintain EHS documentation, records and legal compliance checks
