A global fashion house seeks a Social & Growth Marketing Manager to lead content and marketing activities. This hybrid role focuses on engaging with customers through social media and paid ads, requiring 2-4 years of marketing experience in the fashion or e-commerce space. The position is remote within EU time zones, and involves collaboration with teams across different regions.

Formación

  • Strong hands-on experience with advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written English for community interactions.

  • Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads.

This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder. You will : Own and manage the social content calendar across

Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts Launch and optimize paid campaigns on

Meta

IG / FB) and

TikTok Ads Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.) Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats Share weekly insights and content performance reports

Preferred Locations

Remote in :

Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with China Standard Time (GMT+8)
