Une entreprise dynamique de mode et de style de vie recherche un Social & Growth Marketing Manager pour diriger la stratégie de contenu, les publicités payantes et l’engagement communautaire. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide dans le marketing pour des marques de mode, avec des compétences en gestion de communauté et analyse de performance. Ce poste hybride offre la possibilité de travailler à distance depuis plusieurs pays d'Europe, favorisant une collaboration internationale.

Formación

  • 2–4 ans d'expérience dans le marketing social et payant pour des marques de mode.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit pour les légendes et les interactions communautaires.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes à travers les fuseaux horaires.

Responsabilidades

  • Gérer le calendrier de contenu social sur Instagram, TikTok et LinkedIn.
  • Lancer et optimiser des campagnes payantes sur Meta et TikTok.
  • Suivre et rendre compte des performances des campagnes.

About Crease Group Crease is a global fashion house helping the world’s most exciting brands design, develop, and produce iconic products — from creator-led streetwear to high-performance activewear. We also operate The Release Day , our digital platform focused on product drops, brand storytelling, and culture.

We’re hiring a Social & Growth Marketing Manager to lead content, paid ads, and community engagement for Crease, The Release Day, and future brands in our portfolio.

What You’ll Do This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder.

You will :

Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts

Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok Ads

Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.)

Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence

Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts

Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats

Share weekly insights and content performance reports

Who You Are 2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads a plus)

Excellent written English for captions and community interactions

Able to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST)

Bonus Points For Background in fashion, streetwear, or activewear

Experience managing or growing a digital brand community

Light graphic design or email marketing experience

Preferred Locations Remote in : Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland

Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with China Standard Time (GMT+8)
