A leading fashion house is seeking a Social & Growth Marketing Manager to lead community engagement and advertising efforts. You'll manage content across major platforms while optimizing campaigns and growing brand presence. Ideal candidates should have a background in social marketing, particularly within the fashion or e-commerce sectors, and strong analytical skills to report on performance metrics.

Formación

What You’ll Do

  • This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder. You will :
  • Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts.
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok Ads.
  • Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.).
  • Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence.
  • Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts.
  • Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats.
  • Share weekly insights and content performance reports.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Notion, Slack.
  • Excellent written English for captions and community interactions.
  • Able to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST).

Bonus Points For

  • Background in fashion, streetwear, or activewear.
  • Experience managing or growing a digital brand community.
  • Light graphic design or email marketing experience.

Preferred Locations

Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with China Standard Time (GMT+8).
