A leading global fashion house is seeking a Social & Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead content creation, manage paid advertisements, and foster community engagement. This hybrid role combines creative content development with data-driven marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector, possessing solid skills in social media management and marketing analytics.

Formación

  • 2-4 years in social and paid marketing for fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent written English skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads.

This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder. You will : Own and manage the social content calendar across

Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts Launch and optimize paid campaigns on

Meta

TikTok Ads Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.) Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats Share weekly insights and content performance reports

2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands Strong hands-on experience with

Preferred Locations

Remote in :
