A global fashion house is seeking a Social & Growth Marketing Manager to lead content, paid ads, and community engagement. This hands-on hybrid role involves managing social content, launching campaigns, and building a community presence across platforms. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a strong grasp of social media strategies, particularly in the fashion industry.

Formación

  • 2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent written English for captions and community interactions.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok Ads.

We’re hiring a Social & Growth Marketing Manager to lead content, paid ads, and community engagement for Crease, The Release Day, and future brands in our portfolio.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on hybrid role — part content creator, part ad buyer, part community builder.

You will :

  • Own and manage the social content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Write engaging captions and schedule daily posts
  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (IG / FB) and TikTok Ads
  • Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, reach, etc.)
  • Manage comments, DMs, and tags to build community presence
  • Coordinate with creators and influencers for UGC and reposts
  • Repurpose newsletter / blog content into short-form social formats
  • Share weekly insights and content performance reports

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in social and paid marketing for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads a plus)
  • Excellent written English for captions and community interactions
  • Able to collaborate across time zones, especially with our Asia-based team (3–4 hrs overlap with CST)

Bonus Points For

  • Background in fashion, streetwear, or activewear
  • Experience managing or growing a digital brand community
  • Light graphic design or email marketing experience

Preferred Locations

Must be available for 3–4 hours of overlap with China Standard Time (GMT+8)
