Formación

We’re building the infrastructure that will help banks work natively with stablecoins, unlocking fast, compliant, and programmable money movement.

Regulatory changes and growth in stablecoin use cases are now opening the door for banks to engage directly with stablecoins. They face both a threat to their existing fiat-only business model, and an opportunity to capture growth by supporting stablecoins. But, they are unprepared to deliver the product and tech required to thrive in the tokenized financial system.

We provide the answer to this problem. Our platform enables banks to natively support stablecoins with built-in compliance, observability, and safety. We solve the last mile problem, bringing stablecoin access to financial institutions used and trusted by billions of people.

We're early, funded, and moving fast. Our founders have deep experience in stablecoins, payments, and high-availability systems; experience built over many years at Solana Labs, a startup stablecoin issuer, Paxos, Google, and Reddit. We have best-of-breed traditional fintech and blockchain investors including Solana Labs.

Now, we need a Head of Bank Strategy & Partnerships to build and execute our strategy for engaging with banks.

What You'll Do

  • Create our bank partner strategy, shaping how we go-to-market and build our product. All structures are on the table including traditional customer relationships, deeper partnerships, and even M&A.
  • Identify partner banks with the right credentials to become our partner
  • Build a pipeline of early customer demand for the first banks that launch with us.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering team to accelerate product development, integration with banks, and successful launches

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience at a mid-to-senior role in a fintech or BaaS-friendly bank, with demonstrated understanding of banking operations and decision making
  • Proven track record building complex financial partnerships from initial contact to signed agreement
  • Familiarity with banking regulation including BSA / AML, asset / liability management, and liquidity
  • Experience interacting with product and / or engineering teams building new products
  • Working knowledge of stablecoins, blockchains, and how they interact with the fiat system for real-world use cases
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by early-stage execution
  • Experience working remote including strong communication skills and an understanding of building remote-first culture
