Reporting to the Design Lead, you will create impact within our award-winning Creative Collective team. We are looking for someone with a content creator mindset, creative design, motion, and video editing skills, with the ability to produce clever, witty, and reactive content that captures attention.

You will create social media content for a large, well-known client in the entertainment and streaming sector, collaborating with a team of creatives, content managers, strategists, designers, and video editors. Our global client portfolio and proprietary technology set us apart in the industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Brainstorming and implementing social-first ideas and content.
2. Proposing reactive ideas based on real-time trends.
3. Executing the client’s social media strategy to increase reach and engagement across all channels, ensuring content is creative, strategic, and aligned with their goals.
4. Planning content calendars, creating content, and participating in creative brainstorming sessions with community managers, video editors, and creatives.
5. Staying updated with social and design trends, and translating them into applicable recommendations.
6. Collaborating with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of work.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in English.
2. Approximately 3 years of experience as a Designer or Art Director in creative agencies, social agencies, or design studios.
3. Experience in social-first creativity, designing, and editing content for TikTok, Instagram, and X.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, with a good understanding of graphic design, layout, and typography.
5. A passion for creativity, social media, entertainment, sports, music, and pop culture.
6. Enjoy building relationships with clients and adding value to their business.
7. Ability to generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
