SharkNinja in Madrid is seeking a Social Affiliate Specialist to grow our social commerce presence across key platforms. You will manage day-to-day affiliate activities and collaborate with creators to raise product visibility and revenue.

The role requires a working level of Spanish and 1+ year in social media, affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing within ecommerce or consumer brands. You will apply data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.

Formación

• Spanish as working language is required.
• 1+ year experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing.
• Experience with social commerce affiliate programmes is advantageous.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Affiliate Specialist to support the growth and performance of SharkNinja's social commerce presence across key platforms. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and execution of social affiliate strategies - working closely with internal teams and creators to drive product visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of SharkNinja's social affiliate programme across key platforms, identifying, onboarding, and engaging creators and partners that align with brand objectives.
• Assist in the delivery of affiliate campaigns designed to drive product visibility, engagement, and sales, following direction set by the Affiliate Manager.
• Maintain close communication with affiliate creators, offering timely support, responses to BAU questions, performance insights, and creative guidance to optimise results.
• Monitor affiliate performance using platform-native analytics and internal dashboards, flagging trends and insights to the Affiliate Manager for optimisation.
• Manage administrative tasks such as partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, and compliance checks, ensuring accurate execution and reporting.
• Stay informed on emerging social commerce trends, creator opportunities, and competitor activity across platforms to help shape campaign execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of affiliate workflows and partner processes, supporting team efficiency and scalability.
• Embody SharkNinja's brand values in all external interactions and serve as a key point of contact for affiliates and creators.

About You

• Fluent in Spanish
• At least 1 year's experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing — ideally within eCommerce or consumer brands. Experience with social commerce affiliate programmes is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of social platform ecosystems, creator culture, and content trends across channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.
• A motivated self-starter who is ambitious and curious, with a desire to test new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across a variety of styles and personalities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of multitasking effectively.
